Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture have received invitation from the organizers of the IMPAC5 2023 inviting  you to participate in the forthcoming 5TH INTERNATIONAL MARINE PROTECTED AREAS CONGRESS scheduled to hold from 3RD - 9TH FEBRUARY, 2023 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The 5th International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC5) will bring together ocean conservation professionals to chart a course towards protecting 30% of the global ocean by 2030. It also will provide an opportunity for the global community of marine conservation managers, practitioners and decision makers to exchange knowledge, experience and best practices to strengthen the conservation of marine biodiversity and to protect the natural and cultural heritage of the ocean and conserving biodiversity in a post-pandemic world.

This 5th edition will end with a One-Day Leadership Summit where officials from participating governments will hear the results of the Congress, address key issues, and affirm commitments to expanding ocean protection
